To provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and greeting customers, employees, applicants and other visitors to Goodwill's Career Center.  Perform clerical support for the Human Resources department and other departments as directed including entering data into HRIS database, filing, copying, collating, stuffing and preparing materials for distribution, and performing other clerical duties as assigned.


High school diploma or GED. Two years relevant experience general clerical experience in Human Resources preferred. One year experience in MS Office required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills in order to interact with all levels of management, employees, clients, and the public. Valid California driver's license, liability insurance, and a DMV record acceptable to Goodwill's insurance company.
